Great Hotel Close to Shopping and Entertainment

Opposite the river and close to the activity areas and restaurants, this comfortable hotel represents good value. Close to the shopping and night life.

The staff is excellent, room was good with a few minor issues. Plug-ins were in bad shape, did not connect well with devices. Outside wall very poor sound isolation, bit of a smell from tje bathroom, could be from floor drain, kept door closed and used air fresh spray when entered. Great location, spacious room with very nice bed, largest bathroom I had in awhile. Great coffe/pub shop on main floor, pool on 7th floor

Still a new hotel, some areas (like the pool) were not yet ready during our stay. Restaurant and bar are good, staff are wonderful.

Staffs are friendly however during my stay from Monday till Thursday,no housekeeping came....and the air-conditioning is not cold in room I stayed. Breakfast is ok, very simple. Overall that's the only issue I had otherwise everything is fine

Great stay, good location, but only “one” thing. The two rooms we booked were not friendly for the elderly and those with mobility issues. If you do not have any physical limitations, then I recommend this hotel.

Room was a good size and nice interior, had a nice balcony. However, the hotel definitely have been affected by covid. No welcome drink, no bar, no breakfast or restaurant, pool area isn’t maintained, safe didn’t work. The pictures are not accurate anymore. Had a power cut twice, but was quickly fixed. Staff spoke very restrictive English but was nice. But it was cheap-ish and the room was good.

The condition of the room was bad. The fridge was broken. The wifi was extremely slow. And the bathroom was terrible. There was a chunk of rotting fruit covered in insects in the bathroom. It felt like the whole place is suffering from Covid apathy syndrome. No customers so no desire to do it properly. Would not stay again. I hope the owners can get their mojo back.
