Loved staying at the hotel. We were in a lovely apartment which suited our family needs. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were friendly and very accommodating! All around the area was perfect to walk and sightsee.

I would avoid booking this hotel for the following reasons; - they “upgraded” our room which felt like a downgrade, we didn’t need more floor space. - they carried our suitcase by the wheel which broke it. - Rooms were tidy but not really clean, more like a serviced apartment where it depends on how the person before left it. - breakfast was very limited. - they forgot to charge Some positives; - one reception staff member was really nice - pool and gym were decent (indoor pool) - it was reasonably cheap, but so were lots of other options.

The overall experience was quite good, and the location is excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, there is one area that needs improvement: cleanliness and attention to detail. In the room, I found footprints on the floor, hair stuck to the bathroom wall, and stains at the bottom of the toilet bowl. There were also tea stains on the cups and trays. Similarly, in the restaurant, the tea cups, trays, and spoons were not perfectly clean. I hope you can pay more attention to these details in the future.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They assisted with all inquiries. We had 5 rooms, one room had roaches and we were given another room. There were additional roaches seen in that room. A through spraying is probably needed on a regular basis, several times a year.

We were exceptionally greeted from staff with welcoming drink for a family of four (and for other guests to see us). The hotel have both colonial and modern touches.
