We were upgraded on arrival and everyone was so welcoming. The fresh passion fruit juice on arrival is also so tasty. Our room was comfortable and spacious with views overlooking the city and included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, comb, toothpaste and toothbrush and q-tips. There was a plate of fresh fruit on check in as well. We also booked a massage that was high value for the price and available at the time we inquired for one. Breakfast was delicious every day and we enjoyed traditional Cambodian breakfast. Easy location within the city and Tuk-tuk easily available.

Great stay in a good quality boutique hotel, loved the room on the 4th floor (but note lift only goes 3 floor!). The restaurant is the LeCafe as part of the property while breakfast is limited the quality of food is excellent. Stand out is the staff, who are always smiling and helpful to get tasks done quickly. Recommend improvements would be bidet facilities and a ceiling fan, which are typically standard in Asian hotels.

The hotel is perfect for families. Safe, quiet, spacious, and clean rooms, and located in a central area, close to shops and restaurants. All of the in-house services, like the spa and restaurant, are excellent. The spaces in and around the hotel are beautiful and the staff is incredibly attentive and helpful.
