Caravelle Saigon
Everything was excellent, but the cleanliness and amenities need to be more careful. There was one day I did not get the essential amenities in my room. Thank you.

GRAND HOTEL du LAC Boutique Saigon
We found the room to be much smaller than the images suggested, when we entered the room the towels were in a basket on the bed, which I thought a little odd, however, when we got in the bathroom, we discovered why, there was nowhere to store anything.

No hot water. Shower broke. Asked to change rooms so had to wait around on my vacation for them to show up and change my vacation schedule. The staff were helpful but just not a smooth stay.
