Pros: Excellent property, nice staff, excellent housekeeping. Cons: Nothing nearby, breakfast nothing for vegetarians, very far from the beach, no Indian restaurants nearby. Hotel shuttle only runs for a very limited times. People should look for hotels near Patong beach.

Really enjoyed our stay at Ramada Plaza. Great way to kick start our travels in Thailand. Room was spotless and great amenities. Roof top pool and bar is a must - some incredible views over Phuket and a clear view of the Big Buddha. The hotel is slightly away from the action but we had no trouble getting around with Bolt/Grab.

Good hotel, great staff

We stayed only for 1 night at the Ramada, but had the great pleasure of experiencing the super staff at the hotel who were so helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is very nice, a little too close to the 6 lane road that is running just outside, and the morning breakfast buffet is very Asian in its assortment but the omelette by the cook was delicious. All in all it was a very pleasant experience to stay at the hotel, and the staff definitely made it memorable in a very good way 🙏

I paid for Mountain View. First stay. Quiet and overlooked back parking lot with kind of a Mountain View. Second visit. I got to look at a Busy street and huge kind of like Home Depot building. Ask for a room at back of hotel. I would stay again.

Really nice, clean, opulent and nice place to stay. I have asked and received a quiet room and had a really nice dinner. Ok, I could have bought two meals elsewhere but it was really tasty and enjoyable. My only comment is that it is very difficult to understand the English of the team members. It’s not specific to this hotel but a good level of understandable English would have been so welcomed..

Excellent staff, lovely and clean hotel. Cheap to stay at off season and always got an upgrade (paid) but the rooms are of good standard and I do recommend upgrading as the standard room is a bit small for my liking.
