This B&B is SO cute and has a lot of Sicilian charm. Great central location with a 7min walk to the ocean. The host is very welcoming and I highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely beautiful property could not have been any better. Set in its own private garden in piano with great rooms and a terrace to eat breakfast on who could ask for any more, but wait all the staff were amazing could not do enough for you a great breakfast to start the day. Our last evening we had a meal there in the evening excellent food and as we ate it a saints celebration was happening in the streets around us music singing and fireworks what memories.piano itself is so different from Sorrento e loved it here. Once again cannot praise the property and staff enough thank you for all the memories

Couldn’t be happier with hotel and staff. Every request was granted with a smile. Late arrival due to travel delay was impressive, we were met at the entrance at midnight. Given tour of hotel, help with luggage and workings of room explained….at midnight! No signage at street but that is typical for Italy.

The hotel was located off a walkway. It was quiet and made you feel very safe. The Hotel Manager was awesome. Very accommodating and personable. They helped us make plans after we arrived for things to do in the area as well. I highly recommend this hotel and am planning to return.

주인Gennaro는 친절하고, 손님을 기분 좋게 해주었습니다. 아침 식사에는 정성이 담겨 있었고 과일, 음료 등 다양한 먹거리가 있어 참 좋았습니다. 특히 오믈렛이나 토스트 등을 즉석에서 만들어 주었습니다. 커다란 정원, 예쁜 다이닝 룸, 서비스하는 직원들 모두가 친철했습니다. 또한 Piano di Sorrento역이 가까이 있어 좋았습니다.

bellissima vacanza, anche se per pochi giorni, presso il secret garden. posto bellissimo e pilito. ottima colazione servita sul terrazzo. per raggiungere la spiaggia è vero che occorre fare 700/800 metri a piedi ma è veramente salutare.

Beautiful authentic setting. Close access to train to travel north to Naples or south to Sorrento and services to explore Amalfi coast, ferries to Capri, Pompei ruins, Vesuvio etc. Lots of stairs but worth the climb to roof top area. Spectacular views. Good size rooms and open common areas.

Preciosa habitación, buen desayuno, muy variado. Ubicado en el tercer piso e una mansión antigua, le falta iluminación en las primeras plantas, pero el piso habilitado como hotel está perfecto. Lo que me generó inconvenientes el el hecho que corten (desconecten) el aire acondicionado durante el día y no lo informen. Fue un suplicio estar en el dormitorio, y nadie respondía el teléfono para arreglarlo, al día siguiente supimos que ellos lo apagan. Plop

To start with after traveling on coach for an hour and a half to property, when I finally located the place had no access to property for over 20mins as no one was there even though I notified them on Whatsapp I had arrived in Piano. No lifts to carry luggage and the ambience was very disappointing. Had to book another hotel in Naples to spend the night and only spent last night there.

Lovely hotel close to the train station

We loved our stay here, the gardens are beautiful, and make a tranquil oasis after a busy day sightseeing. The hotel is located perfectly: near the train station, and we found a lovely restaurant with views overlooking the harbour and sunset. Perfect base for visiting Herculaneum and Pompeii, and piano Di Sorrento is much quieter than Sorrento. The hotel staff were really helpful and the hotel was lovely and clean . Perfect

Beautiful old Italian building!

I stayed 8 nights here over the Xmas hols and had a warm welcome when I finally found the B&B! I was a bit disappointed in my room but hey, it didn't cost much but mine didn't look like any of the bedrooms on their website! However, it was cleaned etc almost every day and the 'buffet breakfast' was more than ample but mainly consisted of the Italian style one - croissants, brioche and cakes!! However there was also cornflakes and 'Dario' makes a lovely cheese omelette if requested! There was no need to eat lunch! LOL! They were always friendly and cheerful (him and his lovely Dad Giuseppe) yet not at all intrusive! Much better service than in a 5* hotel!

Just the ticket!

It was our first visit to Italy and our stay at The Secret Garden just added to our experience and we were looked after as soon as we arrived (with a refreshing glass of homemade Limoncello) by Dario and his family. The B&B is in ideal location to be able to explore the area and the train station, beach, buses, supermarket and shops are all to hand. There are also plenty of restaurants to eat at - we enjoyed going to the Trattoria Italia, getting an evening gelato at Delle Rose, eating massive pizzas at Pizzeria All'Angolo (close to the B&B/train station) ... we certainly ate well! Now that we're back from our holiday, we've realised just how lucky we were to stay at The Secret Garden and would recommend to others.
