"All the staff are super friendly and help full. The Hotel was fantastic!! The beach was amazing!! Everyone went out of their way to help us find things to do around Naples. We were there for over a week and do not have anything negative to say. We will be returning in the Fall and will be staying here again."
"Beautiful hotel, but was overbooked so we couldn’t eat at the restaurants on site. If you are a tourist at the hotel, you will be treated differently.
We were told that we couldn’t eat at the restaurant or go to the beach. They said it was fully booked but there was tons of loungers available.. we felt unwelcome and received very cold service

"I had a relaxing stay. I was in the area for work, the hotel had everything I needed. The restaurant was ok, I had the meat tasting and it was average. Otherwise the hotel is adequate. The staff was very friendly and helpful the pool area was nice as was the dining area. The bathroom in the room was great, nice large rain tree shower, very clean."

"We are just back from visit to Ischia and our stay at the Aragona Palace Hotel was the perfect base for our first, but not last, visit to this beautiful island. The hotel is ideally situated within easy walking distance of local amenities, such as restaurants, shopping and the beach, and transport links to get around the island. The hotel itself has a full range of facilities, with great food and ever helpful and friendly staff. Our room was clean and comfortable with a a view over the harbour."
