“The property was neat and tidy as was the one bedroom apartment. The ground floor was fairly quiet except for the footsteps of people staying above. Kitchen was fairly well equipped. There was no oven or stovetop so they had a toaster oven and hot plate instead. The view of the neighbouring wall limited the amount of natural light. “The CAPE was absolutely beautiful! Such a unique and gorgeous experience, completely different from any regular hotel. The rooms were stunning, just a perfectly maintained 200-year-old house full of character and charm. The breakfast was amazing, the service was excellent, and even the whole place smelled wonderful. Words can’t fully capture how special our stay was. I’ll definitely recommend the stay to anyone visiting Picton, and I’ll absolutely be back!”

Check in was smooth and we even checked in late, room was clean and they even accommodated the extra person with towels withiut even a request. Breakfast was pre viewd in the boatd downstairs the days before (a weeks menu in advance) and the swimming pool and hot tub were very clean. ”
