"My husband and I checked in at 3:30pm to be told by an oriental lady that she is not aware of any reservations. From the appearance of the B&B room it looked that the place had not been inhabited for a while. There were dirty dishes in the sink, an old mattress and a box-spring next to a garbage can. "We've been to this property many times however there were a few snags with this trip. We asked if a playpen was available via email and phone call. We were told we would be called the day before to be informed if we could have one - they never communicated with us. Our cottage (43) also had terrible water pressure. There was zero water coming out of the top floor bathrooms sink, and the bath trickled water - so it took 45 minutes to fill it if you wanted to use it. I informed management via...
