Buona la colazione e la posizione sul mare, comodo il parcheggio riservato! Meno buona invece la pulizia della camera, le condizioni vecchie della struttura e il personale della reception (al momento del check-in non abbiamo ricevuto nessuna informazione.... ma solo le chiavi della camera....) Comunque, in relazione al prezzo ci riteniamo soddisfatti!

Nice staff, hotel in need of renovation

The location was great and within ealking distance of the restaurant precinct. We had a beach front room but the beds were the worst I have ever slept in and we kept kicking out legs against the timber bed posts. We didn't dare look to see how old the mattresses were. The staff were lovely but could not tell us how to get into Pietrasanta by public transport. It is very expensive to take a taxi (30 euro for 6km). The breakfast was nice but this hotel is in need of a complete renovation.

Soggiorno tranquillo e rilassante

Hotel pulito e personale gentile, anche se più incline a rispondere alle domande che a proporre. Struttura un po' datata, ma pulita ed essenziale. Intorno all'hotel non c'è molto oltre alla spiaggia, per spostarsi alla sera è quasi sempre necessaria l'auto.

Accettabile per un breve soggiorno

In tre giorni hanno pulito il bagno una sola volta. La maggior parte delle camere non dispone di balcone perciò i panni restano umidi anche dopo una nottata. Unica nota positiva l'aria condizionata regolabile. La posizione è comoda poiché vicino alla spiaggia libera e abbastanza vicino al viale pedonale con negozi e locali. Nel complesso accettabile per soggiorni di massimo 3 notti e sicuramente poco indicato per le famiglie con bambini. La colazione è varia e abbondante e viene servita fino alle 10:30. Il personale è abbastanza gentile e disponibile. Terribile il servizio di noleggio bici: 10€ al giorno per bicicletta e ce ne sono anche pochissime a disposizione. La vicinanza con una discoteca non permetteva un riposo tranquillo durante la notte fino alle 5 del mattino, infatti oltre alla musica forte vibravano i vetri.
