"I was in Benevento for a conference and had a fantastic stay at B&B Domus Traiani! The room and the rest of the place is very well maintained, great to have access to the kitchen and very easy to walk into downtown Benevento. A beautiful city with stunning views and fun to explore on foot - I also had a number of great runs around town. It's a climb but I recommend running out to the ridge above town with the abandoned Jesuit palace (~2.5 miles to get up on the ridge)."

A good base to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Naples and the Amalfi coast if you want somewhere quiet and also not pay an extortion amount of money. The property also organises events in the Tenuta which is a separate building next to the B&B which has a swimming pool. "
