"I had reserved a room with 2 queen beds several months ago. When we arrived we were put in a disability room with a king bed. The bathroom was dirty the carpets were dirty. The bathroom had pubic hair on the toilet. There was hair on the floor also. An odor was emanating from the floor and shower ..."
