We arrived early at the hotel and understood that check-in wouldnโt be available until 2pm, which was fine. I parked the car in a spot I didnโt realize was reserved. When I asked the front desk representative if we could park our car while we waited for our room, the response I received was unnecessarily harsh and unfriendly. I completely understand if I made a mistake with the parking but I would have appreciated a more courteous and professional tone. It let a bad impression and made the experience feel less welcoming than expected.
Unfortunately, the issues didnโt end there. Once we got the room, I noticed a hair lying on top of the bed, which made me question the cleanliness. On top of that, the washroom door doesnโt even close properly, which is quite uncomfortable and unacceptable for a hotel to stay.
Overall, the experience so far has been disappointing, and I hope these issues can be addressed promptly to improve the stay for future guests.
