"Unfortunate service from check in. We needed a small accommodation (a room change to the lower level) and the individual behind the front desk was not very accommodating. Expedia had to call them to support us. We ended up not staying there for a few reasons- one being the unkind staff, staff stating there are none of the same rooms available downstairs then after Expedia called and we cancelled they did have a King room. The room also smelled like cigarettes. Honestly would have given the place a chance if it was not for the unfortunate and unkind service upon check in. Do better. "

"Part of our ongoing swing through Arizona Parks and rec. This was a pleasant surprise in Camp Verde. The location is somewhat off the beaten path but the staff and room were excellent. The room decor was sold Americana with a rocking chair and western motif. Good size refrigerator and microwave. Excellent bathroom amenities. The TV took little time to figure out but can abundance of choices. If in the neighborhood again we would not hesitate to stay again"
