"The Tudor Inn has been rebranded the Sheppard Motor Inn. Parking was restricted due to a full size shipping container blocking one whole section of the car park and another guest used their car to block access to the limited parking. (General construction rubbish e.g. glass fragments had not been swept up). The gardens have been neglected with the rose bushes infested with aphids. All "Tudor" decorations have been removed or painted over which was the reason for our stay."

"One of the Receptionist is inprofessional, she did not give advise or detail to customer. Ask one question then answer one question, quiet robotic. In addition, parking space is not enough for guests. I spent more than 20 minutes to find a parking in the surrounding streets. There are lots of druggies around the building and a fire alarm activiate in early morning. This is not a happy stay."

"Room was discussing stuff was friendly but I couldn’t let my family sleep in that room, even though I had paid for it , I took my family and left without a word to the stuff. That was a waist of money. We had to find a alternative accommodation to stay in."

"Bunk beds incredibly uncomfortable and squeaky with every slight movement. Double bed quite comfy. Felt a bit unclean, very small unit but fine for a couple of days. Easy check in and out, secure access and a good kids playground. Shared amenities very clean and updated, shame the cabins haven’t been updated in the same way"
