"Nous avons séjourné en famille pour 3 nuits dans cet hôtel que nous connaissions déjà mais avant la rénovation totale. Cette rénovation est simplement une révolution, tout est neuf propre et bien pensé pour un séjour réussi. La compétence, l’amabilité et la gentillesse du personnel tant à l accueil que dans la salle de restaurant nous a de nouveau convaincu d’y retourner. La majorité des personnes que nous avions vu il y a deux ans étaient encore présentes aujourd’hui et toujours aussi...

"Excellent position on sea front. Immaculately clean. We stay in a ‘Comfort’ room, I do find the bed a little hard but that’s my only slight negative. The female receptionist and bar man went above and beyond in their helpfulness to us with an important translation. All the staff are pleasant and diligent. Lovely outdoor pool and sun bed area on grass. We’ve stayed there three times and will return."

"Great place! we chose this as it was close to the suburban train, about a 15-20 min. walk from Calella / Pineda De Mar stations and was also beachfront. the hotel was pretty cheap on the days we went and included breakfast buffet, but it was during the weekdays which was a factor. Can add additional all inclusive for lunch, dinner and bars as well! (though I believe you have to stay for a min.5 nights) Had 4 water areas: 2 outside pools, 1 waterpark (5 slides and kids unit), and 1 indoors....

"The staff were fantastic I was worried before my stay after reading reviews on trip advisor about a few things such as food but we loved the food lots of variety good food for kids and always fresh I am an experienced traveller and travelled around the world on cruise ships and this hotel it great for families ignore the negative reviews also all inclusive range is really good along with the pools for the kids "

"Camping très bien entretenu, piscine sans prétention mais parfaitement entretenue. Le mobil home était récent, avec une agréable terrasse couverte pour être à l'ombre à toute heure. Accueil parfait et en français. Seuls les environs du camping sont un peu déroutants ..."

"The restaurant staff were particularly hard working and pleasant, also the room cleaning staff. The bedrooms were generous in size, but the shower cubicles (Douche) were only suitable for VERY slim adults! The gentleman at Reception (Manager?) was well informed and helpful. However, NO ENGLISH LANGUAGE television! The hotel is better suited for German and French speaking guests. What a pity."

"this hotel is the worst hotel i have stayed the rooms was scruffy the shower Didn't fit to the wall took them ages to fix it then it Didn't stay to wall long the air con Didn't work the beds was uncomfortable it was very noisy outside the staff was very rude when you tried to tell them something the food was really bad it was horrible there is nothing good to say about this hotel"
