โThis is the second time we've visited the Low Head, George Town area and wanted to stay at the pilot station.
We were not disappointed; these charming old buildings are in great condition for their age. We had trouble with the gas heater in our unit but Jodi from the kiosk came to the rescue. The bed was comfortable; the kitchen well stocked with cooking equipment and parking was onsite and close to the unit. These units are old and have some "quirky" features at times. We would definitely stay...
โStaff was fantastic. The dome is very comfortable and waking up to a beautiful sunrise was a great way to start the day. Really enjoyed the cheese and wine as well.โ
โEverything is thought of - spa towels and robe, Wine glasses and outdoor glasses, biscuits, coffee pods, tea, cups and mugs, breakfast bowls and toaster. Beautiful view. Great food in the restaurant ohh and fabulous views! Easy reach of Launceston and surrounding areas. An excellent spot to relax and explore from.โ
