Nice rooms, simple and affordable

Only stopped for one night, but the room was good, and breakfast was decent. Staff were helpful. Simple, and it wasn’t very close to town.

Very nice hotel!

People are very nice. They sell bus ticket for the ride to the train station. I don’t have cash, the lady just gave it to me. Nice room, and breakfast.

Staff were very friendly,room was a little small for 3 ,beds were comfortable , a little bit out from town center,have to get bus in Not much around hotel to do Overall a nice place for a couple of days

Well priced on the outskirts of Pisa

Basic hotel on the edge of Pisa, but with an excellent bus service into the city centre right outside the hotel (bus every 15 minutes). Hotel has a large car park. Room has a balcony and a decent sized bedroom. Bed was comfortable.

Comfortable and easy one night stay

We had a pleasant stay here, our room was spotlessly clean, bed firm but comfortable. It was quiet too, and we could park our rental car safely in their carpark. Breakfast was nice, and the staff friendly and helpful. It was a short drive to the tower and city centre and being a Sunday evening the parking was easy. We only needed a one night stopover following our flight from London to Pisa and this was perfect for us.

Stayed for 3 nights for a local conference (CNR). I have limited Italian, but the staff were wonderful; very helpful and kind. breakfast was very good and very reasonably priced, and the room was clean and functional, and CNR was easily walkable (about 15 minutes gentle walk). There was a local supermarket within walking distance, as well as local restaurants. Very happy with my stay.

Stay overall was very good, very friendly staff, flexible checkin, affordable price, bed was very comfortable. I got a big balcony with the mountains view. The only small drawback was noisy fridge, but I didn’t need it. Overall definitely will recommend to stay, if you don’t own a car, there is always electric bicycles around so you can easily get to the city center enjoying the ride.

The location is far from the tourist attractions but it's a quiet place; it offers several public transportation options but the transportation system doesn't work all night long so be careful how to get there and what's the last bus. The room was fine (toilet and shower with some small details to be fixed but nothing critical). The service was great, nice people

Perfect for one night stay to catch an eraly train to reach my final destination. The place is simple but spotlessly clean and the staf is excellent, very welcoming. Very quite not a noise. I stayed the night from Saturday to Sunday. There is a nearby Pizzeria that offer a very good and cheap take away or eat in option. Perfect place if you are traveling solo. I took a taxi from the airport as it was late and bus services didn't run at the time nor on Sunday. Cost of taxi is €20 from the aiport and same amount for a ride to Pisa Centrale train station. I'll definitely go again

Property’s room small. Staff were great

Rooms are very tiny and small. Us, three people crammed into one little space. Out of nowhere. No shops nearby. The air conditioning didn't blow decent cool air. The staff and receptionists were welcoming and friendly but the property is very old and small rooms. Wouldn’t want to stay there again.

Lovely and quiet nearby but has a bus stop right outside to allow easy access to the centre of the city. Breakfast included in price, which is already very reasonable, is a nice touch
