"My stay at Monarch Mountain Lodge was supposed to a nice Valentines get away. The pictures that were posted on Expedia made this hotel look like an actual lodge with mountain appeal but what we got was more like the Bates motel. Upon arriving the outside looked very run down. As we entered the hotel to checkin the parking lot and all the way up to the entrance was pure ice not sanded, the king size bed was broke, there was barelyany hot water for a second person which tturned cold within a few...
