服務人員都很親切有禮

安排的房型與原先網頁上訂購的不同，可能是為了讓住客停車方便，業者自行把房間換成下方就有車庫的房型，但沒有設想到所換的房間裡面浴室無法完全遮蔽，造成我們洗澡與如廁時的隱私困擾。房間的床頭板內裝上殘留有之前住客的煙味，對於有小孩的家庭不是很適合。桌面、床頭櫃上都還有灰塵棉屑。早餐食材品質算不錯，非廉價的粗食。中式清粥小菜、新鮮水果、荷包蛋、熱炒菜，西式烤麵包有可頌、吐司、餐包，另有三種抹醬和兩種包裝果醬，飲品有冰果汁、冰鮮奶、冰紅茶、研磨咖啡。不管是入口的服務人員、廚房清潔人員或房務人員都很親切有禮。

太棒了

我住的是四人房，因為住這旅館好幾次了，所以原本有指定的房間，但是這次太晚訂房了，該房已被訂宿了，所以被安排到其他房型的房間，也因為這樣因緣際會的住到一間像總統套房那麼大的房型，有客廳，有餐桌，連浴室都有烤箱！整體感覺很不錯！

非常氣憤

因家庭事務需住宿當日約23:30訂房00:00入住，cheek in時人員完全不知道狀況確認許久，且本人已經在網上付費了他卻又告訴我刷了卡費用是多少錢，我反應本人已付費之狀況，人員亦無法及時處理，我在門口等候許久，顯然訓練不佳造成困擾。另因早上六點即需離開詢問早餐事宜，只告訴我早餐七點才開始一句沒有辦法⋯⋯。房型明明是四人房卻只有二人用的盥洗用品。此次入住感受極差。

房間環境很髒，不會再去住

整個房間很舊、很髒，一進到房間味道很怪，晚上睡覺時床一動就會出聲音，洗澡的時候還有細細長長的蟲在扭動，廁所排水孔很多汙垢，牆上的裝潢也沾滿灰塵，地上也有水漬沒擦乾淨。

入住時間明明表示8點，但因訂房時間較晚，結果竟然打來要求客人晚點入住？只因為他們接了休息的客人？如果要接休息的客人請將房間數量限制調整，不然沒有道理要求住宿的客人配合你們要晚一點才能入住！其餘部分算很不錯！早餐供應的很有誠意！菜色很多！
