The hotel is nice, the rooms are decently remodeled. I did find it was loud staying near the stairwell. The most frustrating thing was asking for a 4:30am airport shuttle only to find out the next morning I was not on the list. Also, I told the staff I needed to be at the airport before 5am, I was assured it was a 10-min drive, but we ended up going to another hotel for a 2nd pickup and waiting there for 20 minutes causing me to arrive much later at the airport than I anticipated. No one wants that kind of stress before a long trip.

Rang ahead of time asking about the shuttle for a flight at 0600. Informed to take the 0400 one. Get to check in and told next available was 0500. Thank goodness the 0430 shuttle driver was able to make room, as bad weather the previous night had significantly delayed scheduled times. Room was great! Bed was most comfortable I had slept in for a long time.

The room we were assigned to smelled like weed, so I asked the front desk if we could be switched. She was very nice about it and moved us. The room then was clean and smelled fresh! My only complaint was the walls are thin, so we could hear upstairs floor walking and the TV on beside us and people talking. Not much anyone can do about that. We turned on the fan to try and drown out noise. We only stayed one night and had to leave before dawn to catch a plane, so we literally just spent the night (or half of one!)
