The staff was efficient. The room was showing the miles. Bedside table had dust on the surface as did the shelves in the bathroom. Fabric of chair was shredded, as if an animal had used it to sharpen its claws. Shampoo was completely out, conditioner had one pump left in it. Coffee maker didn't heat. Room didn't jive with the fancy, expensive reataurant on the main floor.

I wish breakfast would have been included instead of an extra charge. Many other hotel chains offer breakfast included with your room. Other than that the room was very clean and the staff was helpful. The restaurant and bar were pretty good too.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We booked a room with a “kitchenette” which had a microwave, a small refrigerator and a coffee maker. There were no utensils or plates or bowls. The hotel has cable but no way to get on your personal apps/streaming services and no way to cast to the TV.
