“The hotel is pretty but the air conditioning did not work in our room. We complained and they told us the entire hotel was out, but then they claimed it was fixed. Our room never cooled off for two days and we had two terrible hot nights. We tried to sleep with the windows open but trains go by every 2 minutes so it was super noisy!! They finally offered us two free drinks AFTER WE CHECKED OUT. Not worth the premium price.”
