"Lovely hotel in a great accesible location. Easy and safe to walk to the centre square and to the old town. Staff was courteous and helpful. The highlight here is the fabulous rooftop bar/restaurant. There's nightly live music and it's a beautiful spot to end a great day of exploring. Our room was small but clean with a nice bathroom and robes, however no exhaust fan, so room was steamy a lot. It was quiet at night and beds are comfortable."

The toilet sink didn’t drain well, curtain in bedroom stained and had holes in it, carpet curled up on corner (not great trip hazard), reading light didn’t work and like other reviews WiFi wasn’t great. Positive-room size good, shower was good. Ten min walk from train station. I was meant to get a bottle of wine on arrival (booking deal) and when I asked for it the staff said due to upgrade I don’t get the wine. Would have preferred the wine over the room upgrade."

Upon arrival, the staff was very polite, accommodating, and communicative. The manager, Elody, was fantastic. If I have to include a negative, I’d say I wish there were more items on site for purchase (such as drinks or snacks) after breakfast hours."
