"The hotel was very clean. Staff was eating in the back room and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Also, he did not mention about any amenities or breakfast being offered."

"Read the website policy about parking before booking! Expedia won't tell you this but their underground parking lot is often full. Desk staff offer 2 alternative parking options. I randomly chose the first, a street lot down the road. $10 for 12 hours except that means you have to get out of bed to go and renew it in the morning. The neighborhood is sketchy and there was drug paraphernalia in the parking lot. At least the lights were bright, but at the end of a day of travelling this is NOT a parking option I felt was acceptable. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my car there, desk staff said that the second alternative parking option (which i didn’t choose) was indoor and a bit better. But that's no good to me when I've already paid for the first, sketchy lot and walked back to the hotel. Knowing this ahead of time I'd have just stayed somewhere else. If you don't need parking you'll be fine."

"Parking was full because of game near by. Under ground parking is limited so they offer free Indigo parking as well as shared parking. Due to game parking was bit challenging. We were warned during check in. We checked out on 9th but our security deposit is not credited yet. May be another day or two because of weekend?"
