Plan de Corones, Trentino-Alto Adige hotel rooms at the Independent

"This isn’t a 5 star . Room very dated. No kettle for making any hot drinks. No air con. Furniture dated. Hairdryer old. Staff not that friendly overall. Have to pay for tap water with dinner Waitress forgot drinks then bought me the wrong one. Then I got charged for it no apology. Don’t think they like the English. Certainly not worth £550 a night by any means. Plus side food lovely and spa pool lovely. So glad we only stayed for 3 nights. Now at hotel Alpin Hubertus just up the road. Another level superb "

"Fantastic view, nice quiet area, parking options great. The stay includes a local bus transportation pass. Great jumping off point for all the parts of the Dolomites we were trying to see—about an hour’s drive to all the locations of interest. "

"Staff were very welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay, they could not do enough to help us and make sure our stay was as smooth as possible. Spa facilities were great, lots of options and not too overcrowded. At the beginning of our stay we were given a list of all the activities put on by the hotel that week which was a nice touch. Dinner was incredible, great flavours and well thought out presentation. Breakfast was also great with a huge selection, including the option to make your own juices! Overall we had such a lovely stay and would definitely come back again! "
