“Schönes Hotel mit Potenzial und traumhaftem Ausblick. Wir hatten insgesamt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt, haben viele Vögel gesehen und tolle Sonnenuntergänge erlebt. Trotzdem möchten wir einige Kritikpunkte ehrlich teilen. Auf unserer Reise mit 9 Unterkünften (3–4 Sterne, B&Bs) war dieses Hotel das teuerste – leider auch mit dem schwächsten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. “The grounds are beautiful and the facility was clean and well-kept. Staff members were pleasant. We would actually consider staying there in a different room but the white cabin with the thatched roof was awkward and uncomfortable to the point that we left after one night even though we knew we wouldn't get a refund. You can tell from the photos that some of the description is inaccurate (It's just one bedroom and doesn't have a private pool though there is one pool for all guests to share.) but...

“Absolutely beautiful. We stayed in the bungalow. Balcony view breath taking. Seafood rice in their restaurant was fantastic as was the free breakfast the next morning. We did the zip line the next day. Not for the faint of heart but well worth it.”

“Nestled into the nature preserve. We were there at the start of the offseason. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and the view was epic. The pool area and restaurant were amazing. We plan on coming back someday to Costa Rica and if on the Pacific side we will spend more days here. Can’t recommend this place enough.”

“Hôtel à éviter, attente de 10mn devant le portail fermé sans sonnette à l'arrivée, accueil quasi clandestin par une gardienne femme de ménage ne parlant que l'espagnol et pas prévenue de notre arrivée alors que j'avais réservé depuis des semaines, essayant de me passer au téléphone la patronne me raccrochant au nez à plusieurs reprises, pas d'enregistrement d'arrivée, aucun autre personnel, aucune prestation autre qu'un médiocre petit déjeuner, aucune boisson disponible, bar et piscine fermées,...

“Mon site préféré du voyage! Chalet près de la rivière, très agréable et privé mais à distance 2 minutes en auto du restaurant et piscine. Magnifiques oiseaux sur le site, bon café, piscine très agréable dans un site enchanteur! Et personnel très sympathique!”
