โMy stay was fine, I am planning on booking the room again for two nights. The only complaint I have is there was ants in the room. I went out and bought ant spray. They were on the air conditioner unit, that is where I first noticed them. That was a small thing to a giant. All in all the room was very clean, the environment was very quiet and relaxing; especially when just getting off work from a nine hour day and working in the heat. My fiance found this hotel for me and I am VERY satisfied....
โOur room was lovely and exactly as described online. Loved the complementary snacks. Breakfast was delicious. We were particularly impressed with the guest services. Everyone was gracious, helpful, and welcoming.
Dining at Ruse is a must!! Make reservations in advance. The food and service are amazing.โ
โWas worried as itโs my first time booking alone. Room was nice and cozy. Itโs not soundproof at all but there were not many guests and I wasnโt very bothered. The parking lot is a bit easy to hear as well but not a problem at night.โ
โThis hotel was very nice and clean. We enjoyed the spacious room, which was a plus for my husband and I. Check in and check out were a breeze and the staff was very friendly and responsive. They also had one of the best complimentary breakfasts I've seen in a long time. I would stay again without question.โ
