"There was a leak in the ceiling and refused to move us into a different room. I was unable to attend to any of the restaurants that were in the resort “ I had to make reservations at 8:30am. I got there before 8:30am and told me they were booked out until the next week” Mind you, it was my 2nd day on the resort. I was very disappointed with my stay in the resort. "

"Parking was safe and secured, no nightlife, just a casino with cigarette and cigars smoke. Amenities was ok, I asked for the basketball for the hoop in the pool area and was denied."

"The room was great! Very clean and spacious. Most people in our group of 9 got sick. Not sure if from food or drinks… if you’re a nonmember, you do not have access to any of the nicer amenities. The resort layout is confusing, not very easy to navigate by walking."

"Hi, I cannot say enough excellent things, but I guess if I had to start at the top, I would say I took a taxi from the airport and I showed up at this amazing place and when I stepped out of the car, somebody greeted me by name and I was so confused and he looked at me and he said excuse me do you speak English because I was so stunned. I was like who could possibly know me here…. And that’s how I was treated…. like family. It was amazing! I feel like the listing doesn’t do it justice what this is like is staying at a friend’s mansion! This is not at all a hotel. It’s a friend’s place an amazing friends place."

"Es un lugar sensillo para pasar unos dia tranquilo. Lo mejot de todo es whe tiene una cosina para tu cosinar tu propia comida. Y sobre todo la limpieza 10 de 10. No es algo lujoso pero si. Tranquilo y limpio. La nevera es sensilla pero enfrio en un dosnpor tres. "
