Grea hotel on a safe area, close to all tourist actrations. Basic room with small refrigerator and confortable bed. Included delicious breakfast was served at top building restaurant. Receptionist Ruth was very friendly and helpful.

Great location and friendly service if you want to bee within walking distance to see the historic area of Puerto Plata. A little difficult to maneuver the stairs, would have loved an in room coffeemaker since breakfast starts at 8:00 am. Would have expected a bedsheet between the comforter, but it was pretty clean. All around, for the price, a great value.

We had a 1 night stay in Puerto Plata and this hotel was amazing. The only thing I could say I didn’t like was that there is a club on the roof and you can hear everything in the rooms. That didn’t bother me as much though. Everything about this hotel was overall great. Clean, convenient, staff is nice, breakfast was great, the views are amazing. Everything is very local.

I had an amazing time here. It was so clean and luxurious! The staff was great and the rooftop bar and restaurant was always banging! Loved it place and would only come back here if I visit again. Other “hotels” in the area were dingy, old, and rundown with little to no care by the owners.
