"En gral muy sucia el área de albercas, no limpian ni albercas ni mesas ni pasillos. Muchos pisos levantados en áreas comunes. No había toallas limpias al momento y tardaban en llevarlas. La actitud de meseros y staff dejó mucho que desear , eran groseros o faltos de atención. No volvería a dreams. Hay mejores opciones con más calidad tanto en servicio como en instalaciones y limpieza"

"My boyfriend and I recently spent six wonderful days at the Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta with two other couples, and we had an incredible experience from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, with gorgeous pools, a private beach, and breathtaking views that made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. The food was outstanding throughout our stay. We especially loved the buffet, which offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options every day, and the specialty restaurants were equally impressive. What truly made our vacation special was the exceptional service. We would like to give special recognition to Alondra and Joel, who went above and beyond to make sure our group was taken care of. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and professionalism made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We would also like to thank Brenda at the Culinary Concierge for her assistance and dedication in helping us with our dining experiences. One of the highlights of our trip was the fabulous mariachi show. It was a wonderful celebration of Mexican culture and a memorable part of our vacation. Thank you to everyone at Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta for making our stay so enjoyable. We created wonderful memories with friends and loved every minute of our visit. We are already looking forward to returning in the future! Highly recommended! 🌴☀️🏖️🍹"

"This resort seems to cater mostly to the locals, which is nothing wrong with that, but I wanted a little bit more of an upscale experience. I think this will be my last time staying at a RIU resort. Only one beach bar open the whole week I stayed there, which had long lines. Buffet had long lines for lunch, breakfast and dinner. It was impossible to get in to any restaurants, unless you got in line 30min before opening. But who wants to do that on vacation? Food was mediocre. Nothing too exciting. Since it’s mostly locals (who rarely tip), the wait staff was very grateful and happy to see any tips from our group. Overall I’d rather pay a bit more and stay somewhere more luxurious."

"The location is the best part of this hotel. The pools and outside spaces, restaurant and beach areas are very well maintained and better than most in PV. The rooms themselves are very very small, rundown and old, that would be my only complaint. The staff is amazing and friendly. Tons of security and cleaning staff! I will stay there again."
