“We had a wonderful stay at the beach bungalows during our honeymoon! The grounds are beautiful, quiet and peaceful, all while being in a great area to walk anywhere in Tamarindo. We felt well taken care of by the staff and really felt like it was our only little world away from the chaos. We even got a special little message in our bungalow for our honeymoon which was such a nice personal touch. We had wonderful neighbours while staying. We can’t wait to come back and hopefully with our friends...

“We had a beautiful 3 days at Capitán Suizo! It was clean, comfortable, and the food was delicious! But the most amazing part was definitely the staff - they were attentive, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond. The hotel is super peaceful but an easy walk to all the restaurants, stores and nightlife if that’s what you want. Thank you all for a great stay! ”

“We stayed with our kids ages 6 and 9. We were the only ones there with kids, but it was great and the kids loved the fireball and jenga. Safe. Well equipped kitchen. Pool to cool off in that the kids enjoyed. Bunk beds were super comfortable. Quiet time is at 11pm but kitchen closed at 10 so it was quiet enough at 10pm. Bathroom situation wasn’t ideal, but it’s a hostel. Close to a small grocery store, super close to the beach, affordable. The highlight was the surfing lessons. Julien was great!...
