“The room was clean although there were ants crawling around. We were led to beleive the restaurant was open as the promotional info claimed they served cajun style food. When we arrived, it turnes out the restaurant hasnt even been built yet and there was also alot of construction going on daily.”

“We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa and loved the full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and outdoor seating area. The pool is large and warm and we had it all to ourselves all 3 days we went swimming. (Closes at 7pm so slight improvement would be longer hours.) Grocery store a couple minute walk away so very convenient if you want to get supplies for some meals. “Air conditioning is really good, pool is good. Food at restaurant was good as well. Older property but they do their best to keep it clean and they have 24-7 security, and you have other eating options down the street but some location are closed on Sunday. It’s a very local town.”

“We had a great stay at the W. It was a beautiful resort with helpful staff. There was some wear and tear on furniture in the room but didn’t impact the stay. It was definitely pricey but paying for the brand.
