I arrived to Plovliv on the train from Sofia. There is public transportation that drops you off near the hotel... bus 18 or 29 that you take in front of the railway station. The reception is usually empty, you need to advice of your arrival. Whatsapp the manager (the number is in a card at the reception). I was able to catch the cleaning lady who gave me the key and instructed me about exiting and entering the building after hours (magnetic key). The room is actually GREAT, the best I have had during my trip. It has a living/dinning room/kitchen, a vestibule, bedroom and bathroom There is a washing machine in the bathroom, which I used. A/C very comfortable. There is a Lidl supermarket about 500 m away. The old town is about 2-2.5 Km. You can also take a bus from nearby the hotel, take bus 44 or 99. I had a great experience in this apartment.

There was never anyone downstairs at the desk. As a result, the person who was usually "managing" the property gave us his number and asked us to text him on an app, since there was no other way to find him. This person later used that texting method inappropriately to falsely say that we had left the rooms in "bad condition" and it was done not immediately but significantly later after we checked out. We responded to the false accusation by asking this "manager" to specifically say what was meant by "bad condition", as there was absolutely nothing in the rooms left in any bad condition, we even washed our dishes before we left, we took our trash out, etc. There was never any response after our request for a clarification. We will definitely never stay there again at this hotel. In addition, even though the parking was nice, the laundry is not in every apartment, so you have to ask the elusive host/manager for help with that and only if there are free apartments with a laundry machine. There are no dryers either at this hotel.

The apartment was nice and modern, the bed was a bit hard and pillows not good at all. It was ok for 1 night though before flying home, also a very reasonable price.

Güzel Konaklama

Otel görevlisi ile tamamen telefon üzerinden iletişim kurduk ve otele girişimiz çok kolay oldu. Otel çok temiz ve oda genişti. Ücretsiz otopark rahattı. Otelin bulunduğu sokak ve muhit çok sessiz, akşam yürüyüşünde endişe yaratabiliyor ama tatsız hiç bir şey yaşamadık.

Kızımın yüzme yarışı için tercih ettik. 10 dklık bir mesafe vardı. Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Her yer çok temizdi çarşaflar ütülüydü. Mutfak için malzemeler yeterliydi.
