Great location

Close to everything, clean and comfortable, no tub but a large shower, no water or minibar items, but a small store right across the sidewalk, junior suite was the perfect size for a two week trip

Very close to everywhere

The hotel is in the centre of Old Town, which is very good and it also has a carpark but it is small therefore you have to reserve it beforehand and you also need to pay for it daily. The people at the reception were so nice with a smile on their faces. The atmosphere was very good but the only thing as a disadvantage was that the room was so small and you had to close the bathroom door in order to pass through the corridor. Apart from that it was clean and you don't have any problems with hot water and the air-conditioning was working. Thank you.

Room we got was tiny and run down. The bathroom could hardly fit a shower, trailer seat and a sink which were merely in to of each other. Additionally, the humidity has affected the bathroom. Overall the hotel does not deserve the start rating it has. Parking was not available even that we tried to book in advance as advised and the reception staff who checked us in was not very helpful. Thankfully the lady was much more inventative and helpful. This is not my first trip to Plovdiv but definitely the worst accommodation yet.

Great stay in Plovdiv at The Stay!

New beautifully renovated hotel. The location is amazing and the staff very friendly. Only downside is that they play music in the hallway which can be heard from the rooms.

Although the room was small and the restroom smaller, it fulfills the objective for one night, being very well located and with a lift.

Bad customer service

When we arrived I was told that the booking had not been paid for. I knew that it had been paid for. They said it was company policy not to charge before guests arrived. They told me that they were going to charge me and to check my bank so that I could see that I hadn’t already paid. When I proved that I had already paid I was not given any apology or any reassurance that they wouldn’t charge me again. Bad customer service which left me feel uncomfortable about staying there. The rooms are tiny, you have to climb over the bed to get to the window. The bathroom was small but functional. The hotel corridors are dark and gloomy. The room was generally clean and the hotel is in a good location.
