“I stayed at this property a week ago and I have to say it is one of, if not the best hotel I've had the pleasure of staying at. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and had all the knowledge to share for a wonderful visit to Plovdiv. The breakfast was delicious and the layout of the hotel and garden immaculate. Since I come from a Roman city in the UK, I especially liked seeing the Roman bath remains in the basement of the hotel. It was a real delight, thank you and I hope to stay again. ”

“The hotel is well appointed, very nice clean comfortable room with a good hot shower and good water pressure ( I hate wimpy showers). The bed was very comfortable. “Fantastische locatie. Aardige mensen en zeer vriendelijk. Ik begrijp dat als je de deur opent en sluit voor elke gast gedurende de nacht dat je zonder goede slaap nukkig kan worden. Ik zou als eigenaar daar een ander slot voor verzinnen. Dit gaat echter niet zonder speciale vergunning omdat het gehele pand een beschermd pand is onder Unesco, lokale en nationale overheid. De kamers zijn uniek en bijzonder om die reden en voldoen volledig aan de moderne vereisten.”

“The lady on reception during my stay was more than helpful. She behaved like a friend and made me feel very comfortable and at home. Nothing was too much trouble and she took an interest in my activities and helped me overcome one potentially annoying problem. The location is brilliant, the room very comfortable: A kitchen, washing machine and plenty of space. The only issue would have been parking but I was on public transport so not an issue for me.”
