This hotel has luxury rooms with balcony and excellent customer service. In their spa, massage was great too. Breackfest was cooked from scratch, and the food quality is amazing.

Fantastic hotel, great price, lovely pool, great restaurant. Staff were helpful, polite andexcellent. Breakfast was nice. Very happy. Location is nice, but a bit out of town if you dont have a car. Overally fantastic hotel!

The hotel is set in a beautiful location, with a large lake nearby, offering a peaceful and scenic environment. We stayed for one night, and the rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast was enjoyable, offering a good variety of options. Although we didn’t have time to use the pool, it appeared to be very well-maintained. This hotel is also highly affordable, providing excellent value for money.

This is our 6–7 times in this amazing hotel…you know, some times you need quiet space, nice rooms, amazing views to the creek, nice hospitality, if you want something, you can ask for, and all the time it is in positive ways! Nice hotel in calm and green area , with perfect conditions for morning running or walking. Some restaurants nearby, perhaps a bit far from center. Free parking available. Small gym and SPA on site . Decent breakfast, friendly staff

Well presented hotel on the outskirts of Plovdiv. Nice staff. Large room but bed mattress very thin. Lake View was minimal as trees covered view. Nice breakfast.

Loved this hotel. Everything was perfect, from arriving early not expecting to be able to check in but the staff sorting out our room so we could. The room was high and airy, over looking the rowing lake, with comfy bed and great shower. The fitness suite and sauna were clean and well maintained. The massage was fabulous. Dinner in the restaurant with a couple of cocktails, and breakfast the next morning were fantastic. Only wished we'd stayed longer.

Great place to stay

Wonderful, quiet and comfortable hotel. Friendly stuff. Buffet style breakfast. Pool, gym, spa and restaurant on site. 10-15 min away from the city. My kids and I loved it. Will consider this hotel during our next visit in Bulgaria. Highly recommend!

Check in was straightforward however, we were not given our bed requests. I reserved 1 double and 2 twins. I was given 2 doubles and 1 twin, which was not changed. The rooms looked fairly decent but the rooms had an unpleasant smell, like there was dust in the air or within the carpets. The balcony views were ok. Lake view is not really a good view if your room is in the lower level. The balcony with lake view picture on the hotel website was probably the room with the best view. Breakfast was poor, but i guess it was a typical bulgarian type of breakfast. Only 3 hot options, a very small selection of pastries only and the juices all were very dilute cordial at best. We never bothered to go for more breakfast after the 1st visit. I have stayed at better hotels in Plovdiv. The location was also a little far from the main areas. I would not stay there again.
