"We loved every part of our stay"

"Loved the kixby and can’t wait to stay again. Loved the water bottles and the refillable station. We even recieved a free upgrade to a larger room. The only issue we had was with a rude server at the rooftop bar. He was pretty annoyed we ordered a round of sodas instead of alcoholic drinks. He came back with the check before we had a chance to order anything else. The Kixby was awesome, but I’d skip the rooftop."

"This hotel States what it is. To convert an old office building into what is being used as a hotel right now is amazing. The only issue is the elevator took a lot of time to get it times, but I think a lot of that had to do with the 4th of July weekend. Your staff at that hotel is absolutely amazing and was so helpful."

"First thing I will say is that it does NOT look like the picture. The property is okay. If you are going to NYC, and perusing the city is your goal, then it is an ideal place to stay. Everything that you need to see in NYC is within walking distance. There is even a train station outside of the hotel. Now, the surrounding area, once you step outside the hotel (the street it is on), may be scary for the faint of heart. In addition, the hotel itself is under renovation, so the building, coupled with the street it is on, may surprise you when you first arrive. But once you get inside, you will get over it. The room was fine. No complaints. It is not the Ritz-Carlton, and it is not the Ritz-Carlton cost. Nonetheless, if NYC is your goal, this is a great location. "

"Such a nice room, and in such a good place in the city. Korea town is super close and has such good food + shops. They let us check in a couple hours early and held our bags after check out because we had a later flight that day. Overall, great clean room, super close to subway station, great location city wise, super nice staff, and for what we paid it was more magical than we could’ve imagined for a first ever trip to NYC."
