"The Bayside Resort hotel serviced its purpose in that is provided a place for us to stay for one night on the Cape. Calling it a resort is definitely a stretch but we also went off season, so it may be a different vibe during the summer. The rooms could definitely use an update. The pros: Friendly staff Soft bedding Huge fire pit with lots of seating Pool hot tub were well maintained The cons: Room had a musty smell Sticky old rug in room (may have contributed to smell) The river view room that we upgraded to was basically looks out at parking lot (river is off in distance) Our reservation was supposed to come with two drinks as part of booking with Expedia but no one knew what that meant."

"Had an oceanfront room in building 2. Room was cozy and coastal, very clean. View from the balcony was perfect from second floor with a privacy divider. This was my first solo trip since becoming a mom. Old silver beach was absolutely gorgeous and I saw the best sunset of my life here. I can’t express the gratitude I have for seacrest and staff. "

"Staff was very nice and this hotel is in the perfect location but the rooms were not very clean and not well maintained. Room had broken furniture, shower handle was broken and sharp, hair was in the broken tub drain, nothing extremely terrible but definitely off putting. Would try to stay here again with the hopes it’s cleaner and better maintained in the future"
