Um hotel bem estruturado, embora as instalações sejam mais antigas. Funcionários muito gentis, café da manhã generoso, localização excelente! Estacionamento é pago (40 reais por dia), mas vale a pena porque dá pra acessar muitos pontos turísticos a pé.

Chegamos e não tinham nossa reserva pronta e ficamos quase 1 hora esperando, a cama era horrível, o quarto estava sujo, tinha cabelo de hóspedes anteriores no chão do banheiro e o café da manhã apesar de ter uma grande variedade, a qualidade era bem baixa. A localização é ótima, mas todo resto deixou a desejar.

Very friendly staff!

We had a great time in our family trip to Poços de Caldas during the weekend. Everyone was very attentive to us, from the hotel reception to meals and the swimming pool staff. The hotel is very clean, refurbished and tastefully decorated. The only observation, which may have been my fault for not notifying beforehand, is that my son is allergic and the bed linen was very perfumed. So I would advise anyone who is sensitive to strong perfumes to let them know so that they can prepare the room with this care. When I made this comment at reception, they asked me to let them know in advance in our next stay. Excellent! We will come back for sure!

Encontramos o ralo do banheiro cheio de cabelos, tivemos q trocar de quarto e não havia outro igual disponível. Reservamos por saber q tinha piscina aquecida, mas estava em obras, não gostei por não terem avisado pelo site antes da reserva ou mesmo mandado msg na nossa reserva!!

It is a comfortable hotel, nice people, in the heart of down town, but walking around at night is a bit danger, as it's on the other side of the "train" line. It will be very difficult to make breakfast if you use a wheelchair, because it has stairsall around!! Becareful if you want to pay in the accomodation, the Hotels.com will charge you in the day you book it!

Uma porta do armário estava emperrada, a outra fora do trilho, quase caiu no meu pé. Chequei às 14 hs, de modo grosseiro a recepcionistas disse que o checkin seria às 15 hs e mandou eu dar uma volta até este horário, tipo "Chegou antes do horário? O problema é seu, não me perturbe, suma da minha frente!". Isto apagou a iniciativa do gerente do restaurante que enviou mensagem, dizendo que eu poderia chegar mais cedo para almoçar. Tirando estes detalhes, só o elevador quebrado, o restante foi bom.

Quarto e banheiro bons, amplos, mas o colchão extremamente mole, me deixou com dor nas costas todos os dias. No penúltimo dia não trocaram as toalhas, tive q pedir 2x para q o fizessem e a moça q trouxe ainda saiu batendo o pé e reclamando. Ar condicionado com filtros extremamente sujos e obstruídos, com certeza mais de um ano q não tinha limpeza, pedimos para limpar e fomos atendidos. Sempre ficamos atentos a isso pois pode gerar crise de asma na nossa filha. Área de lazer muito boa, para criança é excelente. A sauna infelizmente não conseguimos usar pois o horário de funcionamento não é amigável, é a hora q estamos na rua curtindo a cidade e qdo nos programamos para usar foi impossível dada a super lotação. Pessoas bebendo na piscina aquecida, não achei legal, deveria ter uma regra q não permitisse isso, pois temos q se preocupar em não derrubar água na bebida dos outros. Também quisemos almoçar no restaurante para prestigiar e apreciar uma boa refeição, temos amigos na cidade e nos indicaram q era excelente, no entanto meu ancho q pedi bem passado veio sangrando e erraram duas vezes na salada, pelo menos não cobraram por ela. Cobraram o estacionamento no check in mas nem anotaram a placa do carro e qual era o carro, sem controle disso. No geral, o hotel é lindo, clássico, limpo, bem conservado, mas acho q detalhes como atendimento e cuidado com coisas tão simples nos fazem decidir por não voltar, visitamos a cidade pelo menos 4x por ano e já ficamos em diversos hotéis.

A impressão que tive e que a roupa de cama nao foi trocada. Tinha fios de cabelo na fronha e no lencol. Como estava muito frio, pedi uma coberta que estava com cheiro muito ruim. Travesseiros muito ruim. As toalhas com cheiro de defumado, pedi para trocar, mas veio do mesmo jeito. Fiquei decepcionada. Mas o atendimento é otimo. As pessoas sao muito solicitas.

O Hotel é tradicional e preserva sua essência… acredito que alguns ajustes ajudariam a conservar o charme do local. A fechadura do banheiro por exemplo redonda dificulta a abertura da porta principalmente para pessoas mais idosas.Senti falta de ducha higiênica e tb secador no quarto.Para um hotel do gabarito deste o estacionamento não deveria ser pago, mas pontos super positivos como localização limpeza variedade no café e o chuveiro são pontos fortes do Minas Gerais !
