"This is a hidden gem in Bordeaux, the hotel is conveniently located to the tram and 5 stops to the city center. On arrival we were welcomed by Brian who has wealth of knowledge of the area and was very kind. Brian really made our stay memorable he even assisted us in ordering dinner. "The room was beautiful. Very comfortable bedding. Excellent amenities. The valet staff were very efficient and easy to access. The plumbing needs a bit of updating. The tall tub wall made getting into the shower a little difficult. (We’re healthy but 62.) And the water surged hot and then cool. Our adult son was in a different room and did not experience what we did. "
