"I loved the hotel, room, and service overall. The room was excellent and met my expectations. The only problem my husband and I had was with dirty bedding. I tried to replace them, but was told by someone at the virtual front desk that it was after hours. There was no one to bring a clean set of bedding. So, we slept uncomfortably all night, knowing that we were sleeping on something mysterious that someone else had left behind.
