"Expérience et structure décevantes pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Je dirais 2-3 étoiles maximum. Nous avons trouvé des fourmis dans la chambre, la piscine avec de l'eau sale, le lundi nous n'avons pas pu prendre un bain, nous n'avons pas pu profiter du petit déjeuner servi seulement jusqu'à 9h30. L'établissement est mal entretenu et très sale. Même la chambre après le service de nettoyage, le sol était sale. Emplacement pratique, belle vue sur la mer et personnel sympathique."

"The property is located in a very quiet and safe part of the city, right opposite the American and Moroccan Embassies. Many diplomatic missions are located in the are, which reassured me about safety. The rates were reasonable compared to other hotels. The facility however is a bit old. The rooms could do with some upgrade. The breakfast was really good. There were sufficient choices of food"

"Water is always available for bathing and flushing, water boiling system for bathing is Okay What i dislike is no bottled water for drinking, the hotel of that status should have at least one free bottle water for drinking on daily basis. The television inside my room is not functioning for Three days. The Telephone inside my room is not functioning for all the days that I lodged in the hotel. There is Cockroach Insects inside the Hotel. "

"Hotel Hibiscus à Libreville, Gabon, est un bijou ! Niché près des bars et restaurants populaires dans les quartiers Louis et Bord de Mer, c'est super pratique pour les livraisons de nourriture et les taxis. Tout le monde sait où c'est ! La piscine est géniale, bien que les week-ends puissent devenir un peu animés avec les enfants qui éclaboussent. L'hôtel pourrait vraiment utiliser plus d'ascenseurs (il n'y en a qu'un !) et une mise à jour des télévisions dans les chambres ; quelques rénovations cosmétiques ne feraient pas de mal non plus. Mais ce qui rend cet endroit spécial, c'est le personnel. Du concierge sympathique à l'équipe de nettoyage dévouée et aux voituriers, ils font vraiment tout pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Un clin d'œil au responsable de la comptabilité de nuit, aussi. ils ont été incroyablement utiles lors de mes visites. C’est cette ambiance chaleureuse et accueillante qui me fait revenir !"
