"Room and hotel were clean. Restaurant and bar were closed, and no internet due to fire nearby, so can't comment on those. But the location and room were great."
"It’s great to be inside the park. No waiting in long car lines and easy to get to everything by the shuttles. Overall, the lodge is a good place to stay. Nothing amazing but, good for a national park lodge."
"I loved this resort and will definitely stay there again! My only complaint is the parking. The hotel doesn’t have its own parking, all the parking is free parking so you get hikers and everyone else. We had to park pretty far away and bring our stuff in. We were able to move the car later to be closer, but the roads are one way so it’s a whole process to move your car. But the fact that the canyon rim was literally out the back door made it all worth it:) my only other complain was dining, there are restaurants but I wish there was a quick service type of place . I think there normally is but it was closed while we were there. "
