Point Loma, San Diego hotel rooms at the Red Roof Inn

"I wanted to commend the three dining room employees (Silvester, Dania, and Virginia) during breakfast. They were VERY attentive, kept the dining room clean, well-stocked, and would literally stand by the door to make sure everything was perfect. Every time a guest left their table, they would immediately wipe it clean with a fresh cloth. They are truly assets to the hotel and I hope they will be there when I return for another trip. VERY impressive Aloha!"

"We have stayed at this property several times as it is conenient distance to all of the things we like to do: San Diego Zoo, Old Town, Little Italy, Seaport Village, USS Midway, Liberty Station, Balboa Park and easy access to the freeway for Coronado. We have two tweens and they loved the pool/ hot tub. The food at the Blue Wave Grill was really good! We had dinner there. We went elsewhere for breakfast just because of our plans for the day. Our room was clean and was perfect for us. "

"This is a great Motel. Spacious rooms. Very clean, comfy beds. Great showers. Off street parking with a security guard at night. Close to shops, takeaways, even a couple of good restaurants, Target, Ralphs etc all within walking distance. Includes breakfast with your stay. It has a gym, reverse osmosis water machine and laundry onsite. Wonderful, helpful and very courteous staff. Even a grassy area out back for the kids to sit in the sun. The price is right, and plus it's about 10 or 15 minutes from the Airport. What's not to like? For the last 2 years this has been my number 1 choice to stay in San Diego."
