In the dining room, bar, and at the front desk, we were always greeted with smiles and friendliness. We were also helped with local information and tours. The tuk tuk tour and the boat to Preko were our favorites. The restaurants in Zadar were also wonderful. Visit Zadar! "

"Great hostel. Lovely rooms and shower facilities. Gorgeous outside terrace for a drink or dining. Hostel is right in the centre of the old town, plenty of restaurants around and close to the sea organ. Boat trips near by from the marina. Will definitely be coming back to stay. "

"I cannot say enough good things about this boutique hotel . Miramare is only one year old and has the feel of a 5 star hotel . You are only a 15-20 minute walk along Kolovare beach to get to all the sites in old town . The staff and service were so friendly and accommodating especially Zoran who looks after the front desk and the proud owner Veljko who is happy to chat . Restaurant in the hotel has a wonderful breakfast and dinner menu you don't have to leave the hotel for anything .I would like to thank everyone at the Miramare Hotel for a wonderful stay . My only regret was that our stay was only 3 nights . We will stay at this hotel again when we return to Zadar . I highly recommend this hotel . "

"We had a lovely stay. Frank the front desk was nice as was the younger woman who worked in the kitchen and managed the front desk. The room we stayed in was a budget double bed. These are two separate beds pushed together. They were comfortable. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. I was really impressed, and it was so good! We had a rental car and I recommend that anyone trying to visit Zadar and stay at this hotel have one. There is a bus stop right across from the hotel (20 feet) but not sure how often it comes. It is about a 10-15 minute drive from the hotel to downtown Zadar. There is a public beach nearby, about a 5-minute drive from the hotel. However, you can go swimming in the sea right across from the hotel. It is a skinnier beach, but it totally works. "
