โWe booked the most expensive room which cost a fortune. When we arrived the room was occupied as they had sold it twice. They put us in the cheapest room with noisy air conditioning and no lock on the patio door. Blaned Hotels.com and offered no compensation or even a courtesy something. โ
โWe had amazing stay at Ubuntu. From manager to housekeeping all staffs were helpful. This place puts customer service above all. Shout out to Vishaw, Indika and kitchen staff for going above and beyond.
Besides great staff, hotel is located at quaint beach where you can spot turtles at night. They even had baby turtle releasing event in the evening.
Overall I highly recommend this boutique hotel. We had great experience. โ

The location is beautiful, with lovely views, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. They offer a great breakfast included in your stay, and the internet is high-speed. Just one key thing to note: they only accept cash payments, even if you booked online through a site like Hotels.com. So be prepared with cash when you leave.โ
โMy family enjoyed the beach. Looks like private beach. My son said he also said he was happy. Food was good. I had a pizza and Sri Lanka curry for room service. Staffs were kind to us. We had enjoyed and relexed at the resort.โ
