"The staff was amazing the chef made some of the best food I have ever tasted!! He was very sweet and very involved in all aspects of the villas. The curry was out of this world as well as the pasta 10 out of 10 all around. The room was large and beautiful, you felt like you had the place to yourself very highly recommend!!!"

"The place is situated close by all the relevant beaches, especially Hiriketiya and Nilwella beach. It is about 10-15 minutes to get to hiriketiya road where most of the shops/resturants are. Its calm and tranquil at this place, away from the busy scene at hiriketiya road yet not to far to get there when you want. Space to park if u have tuk tuk, scooter etc. The rooms are cozy and clean. "Location - Nice location. Pretty close to all the famous restaurants like Kai, Thileni. Beach right in front of the property gives a private beach vibe. Rooms - Clean, comfortable & spacious rooms. Sea view room has got a balcony and a beautiful view of the ocean and the beach. Pool - Nice big clean pool with some games available. Food - Restaurant besides the pool serves good food. Breakfast was a big spread and really good. Wifi - Free wifi provided was a bit slow. But they had the option of buying high speed internet. Staff - Staff was good. Always smiling, warm & friendly. They helped us with our bags. Check in & checkout experience was pretty smooth. Parking space - Parking space was available for a big car. We had a toyota hiace."

"This hotel was a highlight of our trip and easily our favourite in Sri Lanka. The staff were incredibly friendly, the rooms were gorgeous and comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better- right on the beach and just a short walk to Coconut Tree Hill, Parrot Rock, and plenty of dining options. We were so impressed by the ocean-view rooms that we upgraded on the spot, and it made our stay even more special. We’re already looking forward to our next visit"

The staff were very friendly and special thanks to the Priyankara and bar staff, Lalit, Sampath and the pool staff and the lady who checked me in at the reception.
