"The hotel is well located a few minutes walk to the beach. The staff are great and attentive to all your needs. They go the extra mile all the time to ensure your stay is special. Breakfast is excellent with all cusines available. The NY eve gala dinner had live music, superb food banquet and a beach bbq. Seafood, meat and sushi available. Like a wedding feast. "Nice clean rooms and attentive staff, pool was heated and the location was walkable into certain surf spots; sticks, and marshmallow. Only issues is that the bathroom was slightly broken, sink was loose and shower door dragged. The staff we not familiar with Expedia payments, but this is common for the island as most hotels don’t like the idea of not being paid cash. This was sorted eventually but remember to show your payment receipt on check in. "

"From the moment we arrived to leaving we felt like royality. The hospitality of ALL the staff was outstanding! We stayed 7 nights here and we didnt want to leave… the staff & owners just take time for you, full of smiles and will do absolutely anything for you! Its the best hospitality we have ever received and we have been to many countries! The food was perfection! I dont think ive ever had such beautiful hotel breakfast! Our room was stunning! And the setting for this hotel is just WOW! Definitely a jungle vibe! These owners are so lovely, 2 dutch guys who clearly look after their staff and guests! The chef just amazing too who often comes out and asks how your food was. It was my husbands 50th birthday whilst we were there and they made such a special effort for him. For valentine’s meal, each guest could choose a fish which they caught that day & it was beautifully cooked! The guys on reception helped us with everything!! This hotel is uniquely beautifully built, but has the best service ever! Thank you we will be back ❤️"
