“We had a very nice stay for two nights. Both pools are excellent, staff are very friendly, the room was clean and had modern amenities. Breakfast was excellent however, we had lunch at the hotel one day and it was only okay. There are a few monkeys around the property however, most never come into the actual hotel. For note, the hotel is based on top of a hill which is a very steep climb. While there is an outdoor lift for luggage and personal use, it does operate very slowly so the stairs...

“What a fantastic little hotel in Mirissa. The fresh fruit selection at breakfast was amazing. Waking up in a four-poster bed and stepping onto a balcony overlooking the beach and coconut trees was an absolute joy. The pool was lovely, and from the balcony you could even see Coconut Tree Hill. The location is perfect—within walking distance of Coconut Tree Hill, Mirissa Beach, as well as plenty of restaurants, shops, and spas. Tuk-tuks are easy to find if you want to explore further, but...

“I was very unhappy with this accommodation, which we paid £200 per night. On arrival the hotel staff and checking was very nice, our room was on the fourth floor via the lift and very, very steep stairs to the room. The bathroom was awful totally open to the outside world view with plastic curtain which kept blowing around in the wind, when you were trying to take a shower. Wonderful food, very comfy big bed, co working space is brilliant with comfy chairs, right on the beach, but the staff are the kindest and make it a wonderful place. “Once of the best stays while on vacation in Sri Lanka. Clean rooms, conveniently located and friendly staff. The food was amazing as well. They took good care of us from day one. “Beautiful property on great stretch of Kabalana beach. It was really nice walking along the long stretch of beach and having a dip in the warm and clear water. The king size bedroom was big, clean and very comfortable. The pool area was relaxing with comfortable sun beds with a great view of the beach and also direct access. We enjoyed eating lunch at the pool area with some of the best king prawns we had, deep fried in panko breadcrumbs. Everything we had for lunch and breakfast was good...
